Fiona's hair is a striking blonde color; however, you can see the roots of her natural color, which is dusky brown. Her hair flows just above her shoulders when its not tied back with her dark blue band. When it is, it looks an inch or two shorter.
Fiona's face consists of no makeup, which causes her to look very pale. In the game, she has circles under her cerulean eyes. The only jewelry she wears on her upper-body is her choker, and though it can be changed in the game, her normal one is a simple black strap with a jewel.
Her shirt is an extremely detailed apparel, one beyond actual words to describe. It's long-sleeved and made of silk-looking material. The sleeves stop near her hands and upon closer inspection you can see her fingernails are painted a soft pink. Her shirt has designs of what looks like snowflakes and tree vines. There's a black undergarment attached beneath the shirt, which you can barely see when you look at the back of her outfit. It's longer than the white part and stops a few inches below her bellybutton. The back is exposed beneath the bust-line, where a blue tie forms into a messy bow.
Fiona's dirty blue-gray skirt doesn't have much detail. It almost looks like a school outfit because of its foldings. Her skirt is extremely short, the estimated length being eleven inches. The bottom is decorated with black lace.
Her knee-high boots are orangey-brown and likely made of leather. They have black, flat-heeled bottoms and on the sides, the same leafy-snowflake design that is on her shirt appear here. Beneath her boots are black socks which reach an inch or two closer to her knees.
Fiona wakes up wearing this outfit after Riccardo imprisons her in the water tower.
Fiona’s hair is down, reaching just above her shoulders. She has the same choker that she wears in her Normal Outfit 1 and 2.
The very top of the dress is outlined with blue string, while the sides are outlines with a dark brown color. The dress is long-sleeved with tears down the sides (which seemed to have been stitched and sewn afterward). Similar decoration is on the sides of the dress, but with larger stitches.
The back of the dress is tied with one dinky strain of string, and from the looks of it, there used to be another one below, but since it is no longer there, Fiona’s back is exposed.
Overall, the dress is extremely wrinkled and dingy with numerous brown stains, and of course, the apparent blood, which is a combination of dry and wet.
In Ending D, Fiona is wearing the same outfit, but it is not torn nor harmed in anyway.
The hat Fiona wears here, which is hooked to her neck by a string, is a light brown color with blue and tan bordering around the middle. From the front view, the string connected to the hat looks like a necklace with a blue gem.
Fiona’s "shirt" is a bikini top, complete with a nifty jewel between the triangle pieces and a thin blue string to hold it together in the back. The tips of the triangles are yellow, black, red and yellow again, while the rest continues to be blue. She also wears a bracelet around her upper-arm.
Fiona’s arm-warmers have much detail with lining and decorations engraved in the red-orange leather. Stitching is along the sides, exposing a fair amount of skin. Small pendants are near the wrists, which seem to be how the apparel stays in place. Underneath the arm-warmers you can see her plain red-brown gloves.
The pant-part of her costume is rather complicated to figure out. You can bluntly see her bikini bottom, which has a similar pattern as the top, but instead going: white, red, white vertically. Over the bikini she is wearing leather cut-offs (revealing her back and front), similar to a pair of jeans. The very top has a belt-like decoration, which hooks together with some more red stitching. The same pendants that were on the arm-warmers are on the back of the belt. Ruffling is around her entire mid-thigh, while even more red stitching is on the side of the pants. The pants go down to her far ankles, seeming like they would drag if it wasn’t for her high-heeled cowboy boots.
Fiona’s dominatrix-like outfit is full leather. The front of the bathing-suit-esque top is exposed from the middle bust area all the way down to her bellybutton. Below the end, you can see three sets of stitching. The back has numerous open parts, looking similar to shapes such as diamonds and triangles.
Her gloves travel all the way up to her mid-upper-arm and are decorated with stitching from the wrist up.
From the sides of her thigh-high boots you can see the leather bending, which obviously means her entire outfit is more suffocating than just tight. More stitching is on the front thigh-part. Her boots are flat-heeled.
The outfit of Fiona’s is more of a parody than anything else, but nonetheless is comes in handy! The entire costume is made of foam and ends at the top of her thighs. You can see Fiona’s face, but that’s it. The face of the frog looks strikingly similar to Kermit. Underneath the costume you can see a green long-sleeved body suit, which is exposed at her arms and legs. The stomach is a whitish green color, forming into an egg shape. On the back of the suit you can see the zipper as well as the tail-rump of a frog. Her feet and hands are covered with foam-made webbing.
