Why a fanlisting for Kenny McCormick?
Kenny basically just kicks ass. He's used as a prop in many episodes, either to kill or to tease the audience about possibly being killed, but I love everything about Kenny's personality: he's a pervert, he's a troublemaker, and last but not least, he's pretty much plain white trash. Kenny's bedroom makes me chuckle, what with his ripped curtains, stained carpets and random rats running all over the place. He has such adorable relationships with everyone, too, especially Cartman, and I love when the two play together and fight over toys. XD So epic. Seriously, guys, Kenny just fucken ROCKS.
Why the title, Resilient! (Sort Of)?
I think the most unoriginal name for a Kenny fanlisting would be “OMG, THEY KILLED KENNY!” So, that was never going to be an option for me. Never. But, I knew I had to name the fanlisting after his notorious deaths, so I figured calling him “Resilient” was clever, considering he always comes back to life after one of his tragic deaths~ But, he's only resilient a little bit, seeing as how being so resilient doesn't stop him from dying all the time, thus the “(Sort Of)” part. Ha, what a wonderful story, you know?
